Very poorly managed and operated. Ramen broth does not taste good, boba tea is just OK, the place is very unorganized and chaotic, needs a fresher concept and good management to take it over !

The menu was extensive so there was a lot of options to choose from rice plates, ramen bowls, noodle bowls, pho, and more. I got the Chicken Garlic noodles and my husband got one of the ramen bowls and bith were absolutely delicious! Great portions, great service! Their egg rolls ruined me for any other egg rolls now 🤣 nothing else will measure up! Overall, I would eat here every day! Such a great, authentic experience!

Wanted to like this place, but the boba experience was disappointing. They never asked for the sugar level when ordering, and I also forgot to mention it, so the drink ended up way too sweet. I ordered jasmine green tea, but honestly couldn’t taste much tea flavor at all, it was mostly dominated by the milk powder mix and not what I expected. The photo is actually my husband’s drink because I already threw mine away before taking a picture

JaRamen was a pleasant experience overall. The noodles were flavorful, and the staff was very helpful in walking us through the menu and offering recommendations that we genuinely enjoyed. The boba was really good we tried the Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea and Lychee Green Tea, both of which were great. While it may not have been exceptional, the food was enjoyable and the service made the visit worthwhile. A solid spot for a casual ramen meal.

Really enjoyed our meal here last night! The lady at the counter was very helpful on the menu and offered suggestions to help out from the various options. The food came up decently quickly and tasted fresh, full of flavor and hot! There’s just a service/order counter and then tables and food is brought out to you. We will definitely be back for more, thoroughly enjoyed the meal and worth a shot if you’re looking for Ramen/Pho in the UTC area!
